**Pre-School Practitioner**
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Pre - School Practitioner to join our Pre-School, in the Basildon area.
**Role Overview**
- To deliver high quality childcare and education for all children in the Pre-School.
- Ensuring the Pre-School is fully compliant with all statutory and legislative policies and procedures.
- To take full responsibility for the health and safety and risk assessment practices within the Pre-School.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and Enhanced Disclosure and Barring checks will be required.
**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:
- Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS
- Relevant childcare and Safeguarding and Prevent qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of childcare and safeguarding and Prevent legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathetic, caring and friendly
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Patient
- Health and safety competent
- Excellent organisational skills
**Job Types**: Term Time
Hours are 08:30am - 12:45pm Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Childcare experience (required)
Qualifications:
- Level 2/3 or above Childcare Diploma (required)
