Job Vacancy**
We are seeking to grow our reception team and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic receptionist.
**About the Role**
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for patients both face to face and on the phone dealing with queries and making appointments. You will also complete a range of administration tasks and communicate patient information with clinical staff.
We have various flexible hours available part time/bank - to be discussed. There will also be some additional shifts up for grabs to cover sickness/annual leave.
**About you**
You must:
- be friendly and helpful
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- enjoy working on your own initiative
- have a professional and confidential approach at all times.
- be IT literate (Confident in the use of Microsoft Windows and ideally EMIS although training will be provided on this)
- be able to work accurately and prioritise your workload
- be flexible to suit the needs of the business

Previous experience of reception work and/ **or **working in a medical environment is essential.
