**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented middleweight Designer to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our creative manager, contributing to various projects while adhering to industry standards and existing brand guidelines. As a middle weight Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our E-commerce team's content creation, external communications, and various graphic design responsibilities whilst supporting in educating and upskilling junior members of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media graphics, literature updates, and company presentations.
- Assist in the development of compelling marketing campaigns from internally driven briefs
- Ensure consistent brand execution across both print and digital materials and campaigns
- Create social media assets, including basic video and audio content.
- Contribute to the design of printed materials such as patient brochures and flyers.
- Participate in the creation of graphics for exhibitions and events
- Work with the digital marketing team to maintain consistency across company websites

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in larger project work as needed, including literature development, brand identity evolution, and website design
- Assist in the production of materials involving statistics and data.

**Required Skills**:

- A recent portfolio showcasing creativity in print and digital design, highlighting typography and editorial layout skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial design environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Experience with both print and digital assets.
- Strong visual communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines while demonstrating innovation when required.
- Excellent teamwork and self-motivation skills.
- Experience with animation skills using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Experience with UX Design on Figma, Adobe XD or similar software
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

**Desirable Skills (not mandatory)**:

- Basic knowledge of 3D Rendering on Cinema 4D, Adobe Substance or similar
- Software
