As an **Education Quality Assurance Coordinator**, you will play a vital role across our service in supporting the educational journey of students and contributing to the success of ALL our learning programmes.
- Would you enjoy supporting colleagues by providing professional Quality Assurance functions aligned to the requirements of inspection and funding requirements?
- Could you co-ordinate and lead Quality Assurance activity to ensure delivery of qualification and non-qualification learning meets the standards set out by Ofqual?
- Are you highly organised and could manage, monitor and successfully complete projects to support teaching colleagues?
- Would you enjoy delivering continuous professional development for all curriculum areas aligned to staff development needs?

- Professional knowledge and experience of educational Quality Assurance activities and processes
- Good personal organisation to meet challenging workloads and tight deadlines
- Good inter-personal skills and relationship building skills including tact, diplomacy and professional conduct
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written with the ability to interpret data and produce performance reports
- Professional knowledge achieved through qualifications $ú full Level 5 teaching qualification, a specialist skill and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification
This is a permanent full-time post (37 hours). The Council does offer flexible working options should you wish to consider this.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
