As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support our QA team in maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring that our products meet and exceed industry and customer expectations.

**About the role**

As a Quality Technician, your role is to ensure that finished products meet required specifications and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

You will be responsible for conducting GMP and other in-house audits, performing quality investigations, and raising nonconformances when necessary.

You will conduct spot checks on production runs, perform micro sample checks, and assist with product recall exercises and audits.

You will also carry out AQL checks on incoming packaging, manage sample collections, and coordinate with internal teams regarding product approvals and artwork.

You will be part form an active team collaborating closely with production and warehouse teams.

You will monitor corrective actions, amend production specifications in collaboration with the QA manager, and verify the completion of production paperwork.

This role requires a rotating shift schedule, with hours from 6:00am to 2:15pm and 11:45am to 8:00pm.

Will have practical experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality assurance standards.

Will be skilled in investigating root causes, solving problems, and completing documentation

Will have the ability to take decisions, strong communication skills and good attention for detail.

Will have experience working to ISO standards and ensuring compliance while contributing to continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
