We're looking for a Sales Team Administrator to support the smooth operation of our sales teams behind the scenes, from processing group bookings to managing payments and customer communications.

What’s it all about?

This role is all about providing essential administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring that group bookings and customer payments are processed accurately and on time. As a Sales Team Administrator, you would be working on a number of administrative tasks such as data entry, payment processing, generating reports, and following up with customers about outstanding balances. It's a fast-paced, detail-focused role that requires strong organisation, good communication skills, and the confidence to work with different systems and teams across the business. You'll be helping to deliver a seamless experience for both our sales team and our customers.

£17,400 per annum

Based in Thame with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
