**About The Big Badger Group**:
The Big Badger Group is the leading F45 / FS8 Franchisee network in the UK and Europe. Currently sitting with three F45 studios within its portfolio - F45 Oxford Circus, F45 Soho and F45 High Street Kensington - the group is heading into a period of large and exciting expansion. The group is launching FS8 over here in the UK which is a new innovative fitness concept combining yoga, pilates and resistance.

**Job Details**
**Salary**:£45,000 - £50,000
**Incentive/Commission**:Yes
**Working Hours**:40 hours p/w.
**Leave**:28 Days per annum (Incl. bank holidays)
The Sales Director organises, monitors and leads all Studio Mangers to work towards agreed targets. Their duties include providing guidance, training and mentorship, creating a sales plan and setting sales goals and quotas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing Studio Manager’s execution of the sales process.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
- Providing weekly, quarterly and yearly group reports on sales success and communicating the analytical response to the data to directors.
- Provide a clear framework for Studio Managers to train new hires in the tin studio sales process.
- Forecasting and creating annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.
