**SEN Teaching Assistant Needed**

Location: Watford

Engage Education is currently working in partnership with a School in the area of Watford seeking a SEN teaching assistant. Starting immediately, the school is looking for an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to join them on a long-term basis. If the rolegoes well there is the potential for this to turn into a permanent assignment.

Your Role:

- Supporting learners on a one-to-one basis often with complex learning needs
- Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents

What you will need:

- A range of behaviour management techniques
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs
- The ability to engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
- To be able to commit to working at the school for a long period of time
- A resilient attitude
