**Job Purpose**:
To provide underwriting support and administration as required. To provide agreed levels of customer service to brokers and colleagues

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing New Business enquiries prior to submission to underwriters
- Reviewing completed quotation requests and providing feedback to brokers and underwriters as necessary
- Liaising with brokers in terms of coverage and pricing
- Dealing with background checks, payment by instalment enquiries, updating policies records
- Assisting with claims enquiries
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Assisting with general administration as required
- Adherence to compliance and regulatory procedures
