Restore Technology are looking for a Site Administration Lead with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
As Site Administration Lead, you will act as a point of contact for colleagues, Site leader and Team Leaders in the co-ordination of office activities to support the smooth operation of the Cannock operational site.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the reception area in the Cannock site is supported during site operational hours
- Ensure movement of visitors and site colleagues records are maintained, with in and out traceability
- Review the colleague register/clocking in system daily, inform departmental Team Leaders in a reasonable time frame if a colleague has not clocked in
- Collate overtime and clocking system reports to provide to People Services Team in accordance with monthly payroll cycle
- Assist with sending documents and paperwork to the People Services Team as required
- Review services provided on site and make recommendations to the Site Leader
- Maintain records, ensure records are correctly processed within the appropriate system waste management
- Ensure mandatory Site checks and reviews are completed to support site certifications/standards

- At least 2 years administration experience
- Experience of working within facilities environment or working with contractors
- Excellent customer skills
- Knowledge of office health & safety procedures
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good communicator with a can-do attitude
- Able to operate at all levels and build positive relationships
- Trustworthy and acts with integrity at all times
