We are looking for a Client Co-ordinator to join our client's busy and growing team in Reading.

Your support will be invaluable in ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and with an exceptional client focus at the core.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients as first point of contact
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of documentation
- Processing client and project acceptance following strict regulations
- Coordination of meetings for the client teams
- Drafting client reporting
- Raising of bills in accordance with billing schedules
- Monitoring project costs against budget
- Attend meetings and write up minutes for external and internal meetings

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- IT literate
- Ability to build strong relationships
