Our client has expanded their service dramatically over the last 2 years as they have aimed to provide their clients with large numbers of Covid tests which provide prompt results. They are now seeking to appoint a Nursing Director to oversee the existingpractices but also to help lead the clinical side of the organisation as they continue their expansion into new markets.
- Leading and overseeing projects and ensuring that demand from clients is met in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that Clinical Staff are skilled and equipt to deliver services in line with best practice.
- Assist with continuing recruitment selection processes as the company’s growth continues.
- General management and administrative duties.
- Collaboration with the wider team to drive continuous improvements and development.
