This role is an opportunity to create and build outstanding provision and to inspire and support the team in supplying an outstanding learner experience. The role will lead on the recording and use of data and information that provides curriculum insight and supports improved outcomes and opportunities for learners whilst ensuring that curriculum target setting, key performance indicators and tracking systems are maintained.

West Lancashire College is a general further education College based in Skelmersdale. We’re one of the largest employers in the West Lancashire area, employing almost 200 teaching and business support staff.

We offer academic, technical and professional qualifications at a range of levels as well as Apprenticeships. Each year we work with over 2,500 further education and work-based learners, both young people and adults, of all backgrounds and abilities.

The College works closely with local, regional and national employers to ensure that our qualifications are shaped to provide learners with the appropriate knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to gain employment or entry to university.
