**About the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant -** **Personal Assistant to Director** to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — supporting management, coordinating day-to-day admin tasks, and helping ensure the office (or virtual workspace) is efficient and organized.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking (if applicable).
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or travel arrangements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.

**About You**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using MS Office and general office software.
- A proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
- Previous admin or assistant experience preferred (but not always required).
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- **Preferred**: Previous experience working with companies in the **mechanical and electrical industry**.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
