**The Role**

As an Assembly Operative you will be required to work alongside other Assembly Operators to ensure that daily production demands and targets are met. Working in accordance with Norton's scheduled build plan, you will be responsible for ensuring products are of high quality.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- A methodical approach to following instructions either written, diagrammatic or verbal
- Excellent Use of Hand Tools and battery tools
- Experience in Hand Assembly of Complex Units
- Ability to build products to benchmark standards
- Conscientious and with an eye for detail
- Good Problem Solving ability

- Flexible, Hardworking and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Loyal, Committed and Trustworthy
- Able to contribute to improving Department Performance through Continuous Improvement
