We are looking for an experienced Biddable Media leader to work on the Ford Motor Company account as the Biddable Partner. You will be the most senior member of the biddable team.

Commensurate with the level of the role you will be expected to provide excellent client leadership. The wider biddable team will be relying on your leadership and direction across the entire biddable ecosystem.

There are around 30 heads across the biddable team across a selection of disciplines (search, programmatic, video, Live planning, creative and more). You will need to manage the output of these teams (both directly and indirectly), ensure quality as well as providing opportunities for growth for team members.

Ford is WPP’s largest client and as such gets significant focus from multiple operating companies and teams within WPP. These teams, dedicated to the Ford account are brought together under the WPP | Ford banner which also has its own management structure. The team deliver a full-service comms product to Ford including but not limited to connections planning, CX, social strategy and deployment, analytics, production CRM, PR, platform design and build, media buying, centralised biddable execution and market coordination across 19 European Markets.

**Mindshare**:
All media activity for Ford is run out of the Mindshare team with support from GroupM. The team sits within the wider Mindshare Worldwide Outcomes team that manages multiple clients. However, being a dedicated team, it works in a semi-autonomous way. Allowing us to deliver most effectively for the client via wider WPP collaboration as well as call on the best of Mindshare for support and career growth.

**The Role**:
Split between the WPP hubs of Sea Containers and Rose Court the position will report into the **Ford Managing Partner**. You will have between 5 and 7 direct reports. Ranging from Business Director level to channel level account directors. However, you will be expected to work across the entire team as needed from a pastoral perspective. Whilst there is no activation directly involved in the role you will be expected to be hands on with all output across the team. The team has grown and been successful through a strong eye for detail along with strategic positioning for mid to long term growth. You will need to demonstrate both the characteristics and experience to show this can continue.

You will have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams, growing business organically and pioneering the overall direction of your team.

You will be able to demonstrate examples of where your initiative has led to the growth or roll out of a new skill, discipline or team that has a meaningful impact on revenue.

You will have a strong understanding of the entire biddable ecosystem. Whilst there are channel experts leading execution teams’ day to day you will be expected to add value and initiative across all areas of the business.

**Performance**:

- Overall responsibility for the WPP | Ford Biddable offering.
- Be the central client contact for Ford, dealing at Director level and above with senior management within the client and agency organization
- Proven experience in working effectively across biddable channels.
- Develop goals for the overall team
**People**:

- Set the agenda for team growth both directly and indirectly.
- Be the ultimate person responsible for the entire team’s output
- Be approachable. Your door should be open to everyone in the tram
**Key skills & knowledge**:

- 8 years+ experience across biddable and performance marketing
- Strong working knowledge across the entire ecosystem
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You will be expected to bring new ideas and ways of working constantly.
- Strong advocacy. The ability to advocate successfully both internally and externally.
- Communication. The ability to get complex ideas across simply.
