At Onebright we are a small team, but we are mighty. We have consistently delivered hundreds of new staff to the business since Onebright started trading. From Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Customer Service and Clinical, we work hard to getting the best people to join the Onebright team. The demand is high, and our standards are even higher but we are now seeking an **Internal Recruitment Resourcer** to add to our team and support our Senior Recruiters.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist your Senior Recruiter to write accurate, detailed job descriptions when requested.
- Attend recruitment meetings with the Onebright Team and report issues, discuss projects, and provide detail on recruitment activities as requested.
- Ensure the business has a sufficient quantity and quality recruitment pipeline to meets its operational targets in line with your individual KPI’s and Team performance targets
- Regularly attend careers fairs to promote the brand and upcoming vacancies.
- Support your Senior Recruiter in the offer process, to ensure package consistency across roles / grades.
- Provide HR colleagues with all the necessary information required to issue offers.
- Provide recruitment training on ATS, and support queries / complaints or issues with our systems.
- As part of our investment in your future development you will receive training and insight into a range of Recruitment actvitiies, with 1-2-1 training, industry training and support from the whole Recruitment Team.
- Be prepared to support all areas of the Onebright business if requested

**To be considered for this role you will need the following**:

- A minimum of 1 years in house recruitment / resourcing experience
- Experience of recruiting either IT, Finance or Call Centre roles an advantage.
- Experience of technical abilities in Microsoft Office and use of complex Applicant Tracking Systems must be demonstrated.
- Understand the impact of social media advertising and media processes and be able to participate in social media recruitment activities.
