CRC is a really exciting place to work and as we grow, we are looking for a caring, personable and empathetic Learning Support Mentor with a real flair for empowering people to join our Creative Industries Team.

**As part of the role, you will**:
Support students with a range of learning difficulties and other disabilities.
Enable reasonable adjustments to help students to engage.
Mentor students and encourage them to remain on task.
Model skills so that the student can understand the tasks.
Promote our college values.
- GCSE English grade C / 4 or equivalent - or willing to work towards gaining this qualification
- Happy to undergo relevant training
- Enjoy working across college faculties i.e. supporting students on a variety of courses
- Have recent and demonstrable experience of working with people with special education needs (desirable, but not essential)
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude, sensitive to others needs, patient and reliable
- A team player yet also able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
