** Retail Sales Assistant - Wine Trade**

IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS

£24k-£26k on exp

Full time permanent role

Guildford based - free parking onsite

Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility to occasionally weekend working a few times a year for trade shows etc)

This position would be particularly well suited to someone keen to enjoy a role that combines administrative duties with the more physical/hands on elements involved in warehousing and delivery.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Taking and handling customer phone calls
- Processing orders on our bespoke software
- Preparing customer orders and arranging their dispatch
- Assisting with maintenance of warehouse and other household duties
- Delivering customer orders

**Required skills and attributes**:

- A good level of computer literacy (Microsoft)
- A full clean UK driving licence and willingness to drive a van for the purpose of making customer deliveries
- A friendly and helpful customer service manner
- The ability to multi-task
- Good attention to detail

**The following skills are not essential but would be considered an advantage**:

- Retail experience
- Van driving experience
- A working knowledge of social media platforms
- Any WSET qualification
