Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to work on our Thames Water contract based in the Thames Valley area.

As the Site Supervisor you will be part of our Smart Metering Team who are responsible for the External installation of smart meter boxes.

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of all sub-contract personnel such as Supervisors, Dig Teams, Reinstatement Teams and relevant support teams. You will need to report to the Area Site Manager. You will collaborate with relevant departments such as: Planning, Health & Safety, Surveying, Quality Assurance, Streetworks, Customer Call center etc.

You will attend weekly progress meetings with the Construction Manager and project manager. You will offer onsite coaching with regards to Excavating, Reinstatement in the Highway and use of Cable Avoidance equipment. You will conduct Tool Box Talks and complete mandatory audits. You will also conduct 10 minute briefs for ongoing works. You will complete Risk assessments and Permits to break ground with the teams. You will promote a zero incident environment.

Are you NRSWA qualified? (Supervisor level)

Have you gained experience in the water industry and excavations in the Highway?

Do you have good knowledge of HSG47?

Are you SMSTS qualified? (Desirable)

Do you have Good IT Skills?

Are you EUSR Water Hygiene registered? (Desirable)

Are you EUSR Shea Water registered? (Desirable)

Do you have reinstatement knowledge?

Are you able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment?

**Additional Information**
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
