**Job Title**:Gate Automation Supervisor

**Location**: Reading

**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full Time. Hours - Monday to Friday, 07:00 am - 16:00 pm.

From automatic gates to road blockers, rising bollards and more, we can create a bespoke security system that perfectly fits your requirements. Our services also extend to maintenance, repair and upgrades to existing systems, all with an emphasis on quality and longevity.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced supervisor in the gate automation and security industry to join the team for field work based in Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

**Job Profile**:

- Servicing of automated gates and barriers for contract customers
- Providing remedial works | On-site troubleshooting
- Generating quotes
- Project tracking for ongoing works
- Force Testing and Risk Assessments
- Completion of Safety Reports
- Ordering equipment from our known providers
- Cost analysis will be expected when working with our list of suppliers
- Assisting Company Director with project duties
- *Long term view to build a Service Department
**Person & Skills Profile**:

- Experience with Microsoft packages including Publisher
- Experience leading a team and/or working at a more senior level in the automation field
- Requires a professional attitude and work ethic
- Good organisational skills
- Requires a good degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally 8+ years' experience in the gate automation industry
- Preferably Gate Safe Training undertaken or similar
- UK Driving Licence
- Ideally located within 25-mile radius of the Office
