The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. **Where you will be working** **Location**: Ballington Gardens, Leek, Staffordshire ST13 5LW You will be working at Ballington House, a 13 bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex mental health needs. The environment at Ballington House is a unique aspect of the service with care provided in one of six apartments that offer single and two-person accommodation. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support women who often have complex mental health and co-morbid conditions. **What you will get**
