**BANKING LAWYER - 2-5YRS PQE - LONDON** **Brief** We are currently looking to recruit a London based Lawyer with 2-5yrs PQE to join our Banking team.There will be opportunities to work on banking including real estate, leveraged and corporate lending, asset based lending and receivables financing transactions,regionally and nationally. **Background** We advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.We act for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities fromacquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets.We also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.Our practice is broad and veryvaried.
