This is an opportunity to join one of the market leading banking teams. Working with highly rated partners in this sector you will deal with a wide range of transactional and advisory banking work. You can expect exposure to, amongst others, asset finance,real estate finance and shipping finance.
The Banking & Finance team has a wealth of experience in all aspects of banking & finance transactions. They act for UK based financial institutions, including all the main clearing banks, and also a number of specialist lenders, such as fund-based lendersand asset-based lenders, corporate borrowers and high net worth borrowers, providing the full range of banking services.
They are members of the Loan Market Association (LMA) and are used to working on multi-bank syndications as well as bilateral transactions. The growing international reach of the business increasingly involves them in complex, cross border transactions forUK and overseas lenders and they have advised on Sharia compliant facilities as well as traditional debt structures.

**The Role**
As a solicitor in the Banking team you will have the opportunity to work on a full range of banking and finance transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance and ABL (asset based lending). The team act for both borrowers and lenders and theirclients include the main clearing banks, fund-based lenders and ABLs. As part of your role you will work with many units across the firm offering banking and finance advice on a variety of transactions.
