A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electronics Design Engineer to join an excellent electronics manufacturer in the Hereford area.

With no day ever being the same the Electronics Design Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Bare Metal Embedded C (Microchip PIC18/32)
- RF Design and Test
- PCB Layout (Altium)
- Webpage development (JS / HTML / CSS)
- Python scripting
- create and implement analogue and digital circuit designs
- Technical documentation and reports. Incl. system connectivity documentation.
- Assessing and ensuring designs meet specifications using simulations (ltspice) and hands on testing.
- Assist with technical support internal and external.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Practical experience with Analogue and Digital Circuit Design (SMPS, microprocessors, ADC's, DAC's,)
- Documentation and schematic capture (Altium/Visio experience advantageous)
- Design debugging and verification
- Spice simulation tools
- CAD Schematic Capture tools
- Ability to use test equipment (oscilloscope, etc)
- Soldering of SMT and leaded components
- Engineering Qualification eg. HNC/HND/Degree
