**About the Role**

We are looking for an organised, self starting, engaging and energetic person who can hit the ground running and really make an impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute Hiring Strategies
- Collaborate with business leaders and internal teams to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations.
- Advise hiring managers and internal teams on hiring best practices and market feedback.
- Lead and execute Sourcing Strategies, Develop talent pipelines.
- Work with internal teams to anticipate future workforce needs aligned with the business plan and goals.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience partnering closely with business areas in a fast paced business - in technology services or a similar business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach are essential.
- Self starter who can work proactively and autonomously.
- Continuous improvement and problem solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a remote working role
- Provide an add to our culture; bringing energy, empathy, and fun to work daily
- Ability to work across multiple roles and streams. Multitasking, prioritising and tracking metrics, deadlines and milestones.
