This next year we are making a concerted push for further growth, and this role is a key effort within our plans for marketplace growth and product expansion.

**Location**:Remote

**Annual leave**: 22 days (increasing up to 26 days, with an extra day added per year of employment).

**The role**:
The Digital Product Administrator is responsible for quality checking, editing, preparing and uploading several hundred digital products into our marketplace each month. Alongside this, a similar process is required to prepare and publish 2-3 ‘product bundles’ per month (each comprised of multiple individual products).

You would work alongside our Supplier Relationship Manager and Senior Product Champion/Curator.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reviewing digital product submissions against a quality criteria checklist
- Flagging with product suppliers if a product contains issues
- Approving suitable products
- Preparing product pages in WordPress (organising/uploading files, amending text, setting prices/discounts etc )
- Preparing product bundles and associated product pages in WordPress
- Testing digital products where required
- Editing/updating products
- Reporting known product issues to the customer support team
**Key skills required**:

- An aptitude for administrative tasks
- Speed - it’s vital that tasks can be completed in a timely manner
- Multi-tasking (often workflows overlap for efficiency, so you must be confident in managing several tasks simultaneously)
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: It’s important to communicate well with your team-mates and line-manager
**Preferred experience**:

- Previous administration experience, particularly in the digital space.
**Training**:

- Will receive training in key softwares (Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Affinity Design Suite)
- Will receive training in our internal product portal
- Will receive training in WordPress (our website CMS)
