Personal Assistant/receptionist

The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant/Receptionist.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing a high volume of work and variety of tasks, efficiently and effectively, and providing a helpful service to both internally and externally
- Scheduling meetings & preparing boardroom for meetings
- Creating agendas and taking minutes
- Updating organisation charts/phone list & project sites list
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Typing reports and formatting training manuals
- Keeping inventory of office supplies and placing orders for replenishment when needed.
- Part of the role will include cover for reception on an ad hoc basis and duties will include operating switchboard, distributing, and dating post and monitoring all visitors and deliveries.
**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:
- The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
- Logical and methodical.
- Team player with the ability to work alone
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent inter-personal skills and has a flair for event organising and administration
