**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday - 08:30 am - 17:30 pm (option to work from home)
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;**
- Logging calls from customers in a timely fashion, logging the information correctly in the system
- Booking service calls third party suppliers
- Booking engineers to jobs in the most efficient way to increase productivity and improve customer service
- Liaising with the engineers to agree the list of jobs and provide rationale for bookings
- Building relationships with engineers, customers and colleagues across the business
- Closing all calls appropriately and within agreed timescales
- Parts ordering for spares requests or engineer revisits
- Driving customer service in every interaction always thinking of exceeding their expectations
- Ensuring the team are scheduling both current reactive works and previously logged calls to keep job queues down to a minimum
- Proactively assess call volumes within regions to understand if support is required from subcontract network
- Ensuring engineers are fully briefed of the works with accurate job notes
- Keeping the client informed of expected attendance time and dates and/or any delays
- Working closely with region senior engineer to make sure technical issues and escalations are resolved in a timely manner
- Where required you will effectively learn and adapt the ‘nearest and most appropriate’ resource scheduling tool to prioritise workloads
- Providing quotations for service re visits
- Seeing relevant job through from call received to invoiced
- Approving and managing queries to ensure the job get completed in line with the SLA
**Experience required**:
- Engineer scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to cope with pressure
- You must have the desire to consistently deliver, exceed targets and build relationships
- A good understanding of mapping software to plan engineer’s journeys (desirable)
- Knowledge of work force management systems (desirable)
- Proven track record of being able to organise and priorities
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Good written and verbal communication
- The ability to foresee issues and highlight those as a risk
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
