Our client, a not-for-profit, child-focused, family-orientated independent fostering agency is recruiting an experienced Service Development Administrator. This is a hybrid role that offers a great balance of working from home and on-site at their premisesin Luton.
As Service Development Administrator you'll help to provide efficient and effective administrative support to enable the Foster Family Recruitment Team to function effectively and in line with the organisation's vision and values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing administrative tasks relating to a prospective foster family's enquiries
- Providing prompt response to all enquiries
- booking appointments or follow up calls.
Person Specification
We're looking for someone who:
- Is process-driven, flexible and dynamic
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is experienced in taking accurate minutes
- Has good attention to detail
- Has a solid administrative background
- Has an interest/knowledge or experience of fostering would be an advantage but not essential
- Has a driving licence
