We are very proud of our 5* Customer Service reviews, and we need an additional member in our team to continue offering our wonderful services to our customers. We are very busy in the Christmas period and we are looking for extra help at this time. There is a possibility that there is a permanent role available in January.

Ideally you will have a love of talking on the phone, great admin skills, attention to detail and an ability to juggle a few jobs at the same time as this is a very fast paced role. Previous customer service experience is essential.

A great can-do attitude and friendly persona is vital too communicating with the general public and our trade customers.

**Person Specification**
- At least 2 years customer service experience in an office environment
- A very good knowledge of the Microsoft Packages and general computer skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Friendly, personable and positive
- Love talking on the phone and building relationships
- Strong track record of building and managing customer relationships
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines
- Remain professional and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written English
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Strong attention to detail even under pressure
- Ability to work well with others and be real a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
