Level 2 Teaching Assistant needed to work across Year 1 and 2

This Church of England Primary School has a mixed catchment and is a mixed ability school. The Head Teacher said she is keen to continue to raise attainment throughout the School and is looking to employ a dedicated and hardworking staff member with a greatwork ethic. She has also stated the pupils behaviour is ‘Generally very good’ but ‘Like any school has its challenging days which we tackle head first’. The successful Practitioner must have good behaviour management and have a secure knowledge of currentBehaviour Policies.

The salary is based on a 6.5 hour position held in the mornings, Monday to Friday, and depending on experience, this could vary between £10.77 - £11.50 per hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
