The Student Recruitment Event Team deliver all the virtual and in person events for prospective students to the University of Southampton. We are recruiting an administrator to oversee our complex set of virtual event activity for prospects and applicants to the university. The role will coordinate a small team of student ambassadors and work with colleagues in the wider Event Team as well as academic staff, admissions and other professional services staff.

The ability to work with MS Teams and Teams Live as well as learn other stystems such as Blackboard Collaborate and CRM will be a focus of the role, this will enable you to produce events and train ambassadors. Good organising and timekeeping to administrate the multiple virtul events through the cycle needs to be demonstrated, an understanding of Higher Education would be helpful but not essentual.

This is a new part of the Event Team and an opportunity to work with your Team Leader to shape the virtual event delivery to recruit students to the university.
