**Data Entry Processor**:
Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently seeking to invest in a passionate, reliable and data focused individual to join our team.

**Main responsibilities**:
In this role your main responsibilities will be:

- processing all incoming stock items,
- working with garments samples to create accurate and detailed product descriptions for our website,
- you will also provide crucial administrative support to the wider team including taking an active role in the organisation of all supplier paperwork,
- confidently liaise with Goods Incoming to resolve any delivery queries or discrepancies
- monitoring system deliveries, investigating discrepancies and outstanding stock.

This is an entry level role which will provide you with the opportunities to gain knowledge and skills needed to build a career within Mainline Menswear.

**Essential skills**:

- An excellent understanding of the English language with strong descriptive writing skills.
- Strong administrative skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised with great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Minimum grade C (or equivalent) in both English and Maths at GCSE.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills are desirable, but training will be provided where necessary.
- A knowledge of the role of the merchandising and buying departments is desirable.
- A passion for fashion and trends is advantageous.
