**A little bit about the brands**
The umbrella company you’ll be working for is based in Richmond and Kew, London.
Each day, you’ll be working on several interesting projects and reporting to the Director.
You’ll split the first part of your week working for a highly successful fashion jewellery distributor. With iconic jewellery brands like Lauren Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Juicy Couture under their belt, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggestretailers in the world.
Secondly, you’ll be working for a specialist research software distributor, training and consultancy provider. You’ll be working with customers ranging from individuals, universities, governments, central banks, research centres and financial institutions.

**Jewellery brand**
**How you’ll be spending your day**:
- Photo and video shoot coordination end-to-end, from model booking, photographer, image selection, retouch, and brand approval process.
- Asset design for jewellery and watch campaigns, and managing the sign off process with brands
- Quarterly strategy meetings with multiple retailers, working closely with commercial and sales managers to drive sales and hit KPIs.
- Budgeting and strategically investing in targeted digital campaigns
- Brand and company PR, with B2B as well as consumer magazines and outlets.
Management of TLKE website and social presence (particularly LinkedIn, building TLKE as a professional authority)
- Coordinate influencer partnerships with brands
- Host sample sales and key events
**What we’d like to see from you**:
- Great communication and impeccable attention to detail
- A great design eye, with experience using Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Strong budgeting and reporting skills
- A competent multitasker
**Software brand**
**How you’ll be spending your day**:
- Maintain our annual marketing calendar
- Partner with strategic contacts and organisations in each region
- Use Google Analytics to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Run and present reports to share insights and actions with the demand gen and content teams
- Coordinate website content for our UK and international websites using Magento.
- Manage ongoing website development; from creating briefs with senior partners, through to testing, feedback and go-live.
- Coordinate with regional sales managers to best meet their goals and targets and partnering on strategy delivery.
- Organise online logistics for virtual training and virtual conferences, alongside the Digital Marketing coordinator.
**What we’d like to see from you**:
- A few years of digital marketing experience
- Proven track-record of delivering campaigns with a strong commercial focus and hitting revenue targets
- Technical knowledge of web design and development, e-commerce systems integrations, SEO, UI/UX and HTML
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to summarise data and information clearly and efficiently
- Social strategy and campaign management to hit key KPIs
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and management
- Marketing Automation Experience, preferably with Pardot
- Self-motivating and driven to achieve deadlines
- Exceptional eye for detail
