**What are we looking for?**

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet members and visitors, and always present the Club in the best possible way by ensuring that everything is as good as it can be.
- Manage tee bookings via the online booking system, or by telephone.
- Dealing with customer enquiries regarding golf bookings and membership
- Retail sales and till operation to ensure correct transactions are completed.
- Looking after a fleet of electric golf buggies, ensuring that they are clean and charged and that we never miss a potential sale.
- Support the customer’s use of the Toptracer Range, ensuring that they feel comfortable with the technology and encouraged to use the functionality and games in place.
- Supervise players use of the Simulator Studio, and safe operation of the GC Quad system.
- On course Player Assistant role
- Be active on the Golf Course and raise any issues that need to be attended to with the line manager or greenkeeping team.

**The schedule**
- 5-day week including one weekend day
- Hours between 6am and 10pm (seasonal)

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
