**Bodyshop Administrator/Advisor**

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Sytner JLR Stockport as a Bodyshop Administrator/Advisor. At Sytner Stockport you will work with a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time.
Your role will include learning all of the below:

- To be the initial interface with the customer for all accident repair enquiries.
- To follow a clear Customer service process to ensure a consistent quality service is provided.
Organise and book all repair work as well as Face to Face collection & Delivery
- Organise customer loan cars in conjunction with Bodyshop procedures
- Liaise with Customers, Insurance Companies and service providers to ensure all financial and repair formalities are effectively completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

Update manufacturer’s systems with work details.

A quantity of the work we do involves preparing Jaguar and Land Rover Approved Used Cars for sale, so an ability to foster constructive interdepartmental working relationships would also be highly beneficial.
- Take opportunities to promote and provide additional Company services and products.
This is a full-time role so to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. Full training will be provided along with full Management support.
**About You**

You will have an understanding of bodyshop operations and enjoy assisting customers.You will be able to, liaise with insurance engineers for authorities, handle front of house activities, including seeing customers in and out and invoicing completed workon Kerridge, or have the willingness and ability to learn these skills with training. You will have the commercial acumen to identify and convert additional damage and the drive to tap into the opportunity for cosmetic repairs.You should be able to operateat a professional standard in keeping with the prestige brands we represent.

Ideally you will be used to dealing with high volumes of work, work well under pressure and be able to show evidence of time management, working to tight deadlines with confidence.This is a target driven role and we are looking for somebody who enjoysthe challenge of reaching a goal every month, but can balance this with a genuine desire to fulfil customers' needs and impress them with our service levels. Training on our systems and processes will be provided in-house, and ongoing development opportunitiessuch as manufacturer training and qualifications could also be available.
