**SEND Teaching Assistant (Hounslow)**

We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in **Hounslow** that is committed to putting children at the centre of everything they do. With a creative and engaging curriculum delivered by an experienced and committed team, the school is looking for **Teaching Assistants** to join their KS1 and KS2 classes.

**Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant**:

- Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a SEND **Teaching Assistant**:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents
- Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements

**For this role, you will have**:

- Previous experience working within a primary school
- Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally

**Pay Rate**: £83 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
