Night Porter

We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated person who will be given training.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the hotel operations during the night shift.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and phone calls.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any queries.
- Provide hand over to day team to ensure smooth transition of the hotel.
- This is a multi task role with in a hotel. It is very varied from Reception, to laying up for breakfast, serving in the Bar, Security detail. Fire training will be given.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Bar experience essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, self motivated and ability to work alone
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-50 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
