The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment with all company policies and procedures being followed, managing the productivity and reporting on all aspects of the shift as required.

The Supervisor will need to have good numeracy skills, a good standard of written English and be able to meet tight deadlines (accurately and quickly).

This is also a physical/ hands on role, which will include working outside.

**Afternoon Shift**:
Working hours are 14:00pm to 22:00pm - Monday to Friday.

**Hourly rate**:
The hourly rate of £15.59 per hour includes a shift premium of £6.50 which is paid after completion of 7.5 hours work on this shift. This hourly rate also includes a discretionary bonus.
