**Ragdale Hall Spa** is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic **Afternoon / Evening Cleaner** to join our dedicated housekeeping team. - As an **Afternoon / Evening Cleaner**, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our spa, treatment rooms, and public areas are pristine, peaceful, and ready for guests to fully unwind and enjoy their stay. Working closely with your team and in collaboration with other departments, you’ll help us deliver the five-star standards our guests know and love.

**Main Duties**:_(Full Training Provided)_**
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all public areas, treatment rooms, and facilities.
- Support the evening cleaning team by assisting in designated areas to ensure a seamless end-of-day finish.
- Service the outdoor changing areas near the pool during warmer months.
- Be a point of contact for Reception and the Duty Manager via walkie-talkie for any urgent cleaning tasks or guest needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests, delivering helpful and friendly service at all times.
- Perform regular safety checks and complete required health and safety documentation.
- Report any hazards or accidents immediately to the Duty Manager.
- Wear the correct protective uniform and follow all COSHH and health and safety procedures.
- Help ensure security procedures are followed during the evening close-down process.
- Maintain excellent standards to support cleanliness audits and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- A keen eye for cleanliness and detail - you take pride in a job well done.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Confidence in working independently as well as part of a supportive team.
- Friendly, approachable manner with a commitment to excellent guest service.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busier shifts.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is ideal, but not essential - if you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we’ll provide the rest.

**Hours of Work**:

- Zero hour contract, fixed term 6 months.
- Shifts will be 1.30pm - 10.00pm.

**Salary**:

- Age 16-17 £8.45
- Age 18-20 £10.05
- Age 21+ £12.26
