**HR Advisor/HR Projects Responsibilities**
- Support projects across the EMEA region (such as, but not limited to, Employee Insurance, Employee Survey) and new projects
- Support Group Companies HR to job match their company roles
- Benchmarking data, support and training where required
- Evaluate roles to have accurate Job code and Position Class for the roles within the Company
- Support in the creation of Global Grading
- Create and promote grading structure
- Use the internal grading structure to enhance the current processes
- Promote all regional projects to Group Companies
- Create and discuss new ideas for projects lead to encourage alignment in EMEA region
**HR Advisor Key Skills**:
- 2 years' experience in a HR function
- Previous HR Project experience
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to liaise with all levels of Management
- Excellent customer service attitude with both internal and external customers
- Ability to manage priorities and to work independently with responsibility
- Performs a variety of complex tasks
- Uses initiative and has problem solving attitude
- Good analytical skills
**Benefits are as follows**:
- Hybrid model working from home - expected in the office 2/3 days per week
- Automatically be enrolled into the pension, as per pension rules, and the Company pays the full 9%, employees can pay in if you choose to.
- Company office close over Christmas, meaning they close on Christmas Eve and will not re-open until January, this is does not come out of the holiday allowance.
- Life assurance from day 1 (up to 4 times basic salary)
- Health check-up - this is a simple do at home take blood for testing of 34 blood markers followed up with call from health professional to discuss results.
