**Directorate: The Harmony Trust**
**Hours: 37 hours a week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days)**

- have welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children
- have experience of using various MS Office packages
- have experience of undertaking wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities
- be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy
- support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy & trust policies and procedures
- be able to commit to working across multiple location and travel to academies where support is needed
- Initiative to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide
