As a clinical team leader, you will be a forward thinking clinician that is able to develop clinicians and teams. You will have leadership experience, outstanding clinical skills, be innovative and be willing to try new things. As a service we have an ethos that we all have a voice and can take responsibility to lead; the Clinical team leader will provide the professional governance and leadership to maintain this ethos within a culture of continuous improvement.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Leading the team service delivery
- Line management and clinical leadership to staff within the autism and ADHD diagnostic service.
- Day to day management of clinical issues arising within the Neurodiversity Service.
- Ensuring a responsive, high quality service is provided to the children, young people and families that access the service
- Maintain compliance with the trust’s key performance indicators
- Work with the transformation lead to develop the ASD and ADHD diagnostic aspect of the neurodiversity service and input into service development of the wider neurodiversity service

Ensure the delivery of a safe, caring, responsive, high quality service for our service users, their families, and carers by ensuring compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and protocols
