To help play a part in the day-to-day operation of our Downtown Grantham store, we have an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our sales team working primarily on our Floor Coverings department on Sundays.

This varied and engaging role will focus on offering an excellent customer service in a busy environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on high value items to maximise sales opportunities. You will also undertake general housekeeping within your area, process orders, offer aftersales and, importantly, undertake detailed merchandising to promote products on offer.

You will be at an advantage if you have relevant retail experience although this is not essential, and training will be provided as required.

Hours are 6 per week worked during store opening times on Sundays. A flexible approach to working days and times is required and you should be available to work occasional varying shift patterns and differing days if required.
