Mental Health Support Worker - Swansea Your new company We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated Male Support Workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in the personal careand meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that youwork well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions. Your new role Working closely with the residents to manage their needs. This will involve some elements of personal care. You will be completing activities topromote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be long days: 8:30am - 9pm and 9pm - 08:30am, you will be expected to complete 3 or 4 shifts each week. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience supporting adults with mental healthconditions and also be committed to helping vulnerable adults.
