**Are you looking for the next stage in your CAD design career?**
We have an opening for a Design Engineer within a Mechanical Engineering business. The company is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you need to have a working knowledge of fabrication design requirements to accurately generatemechanical drawings in 2D or 3D.
What will you be doing as a Mechanical Design Engineer?
- Working with client's briefs to ensure drawings are created to their brief
- Managing the timeline of the project
- Working with senior engineers and customers
- Preparing drawings in 2D or 3D
- Identifying problems and finding solutions
- A Mechanical Engineering background (preferred)
- An excellent understanding of technical engineering drawings in 2D
- 3D experience would be an advantage
- Meeting design deadlines
- Meeting experience
- Great organisation skills
Easy transport routes from; Oxford, Bicester, Witney, Wallingford, Didcot, Faringdon, Wantage
Job Type - Permanent
