At Centrepoint, our mission is to help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

This role sits in the Individual Giving team at Centrepoint. Currently the IG team raise 70% of Centrepoint’s voluntary income, with ambitious plans to increase income from all audiences over the next few years.

In this role, you will play an integral part in the Legacy and Memory Giving Team, working to support the delivery of Legacy marketing and retention programme and help raise awareness and from gifts in Wills.

We have a successful Legacy programme that covers acquisition and retention of Legacy prospects and pledges. We are looking for someone who wants to build on their creativity, campaign management skills and their enthusiasm for analysis to help expand the programme further, maximising digital and offline channels to increase engagement and long-term value of gifts in Wills and

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working alongside the Legacy and Stewardship Manager to develop engaging communications that inspire, inform and motivate supporters to leave gifts in Wills.
- Supporting the planning, development and delivery of all campaigns, supporter journeys, engagement communications and telephone campaigns.
- Building relationship and collaborating with different stakeholders both internally and externally, to balance needs and get the best outcome for Centrepoint and the homeless young people we support.
- Regularly reporting on the performance of the campaigns and ensuring these are shared with all relevant stakeholders.
