**About the role**

The Senior Legacy Marketing Officer is a pivotal new role within the Legacy and In Memory Giving team which aims to drive a multi-million pound step change in legacy income over the next 15 years. Legacies are Christian Aid’s largest single source of voluntary income and are one of our key fundraising priorities. As we look ahead to an exciting period of growth across the legacy sector, there is significant potential to grow Legacy and In Memory Giving at Christian Aid through inspiring marketing campaigns and engagement of our loyal supporter base as well as through our unique and growing partnerships.

This role will play a key part; delivering all elements of the marketing mix to inspire our target audiences, leading on the campaign development of our annual legacy moment, building denominational church partnerships and managing our two marketing officers to deliver our wider acquisition and nurture programmes.

**About you**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with fundraising and/or marketing experience who also has a flair for building partnerships and relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. An outstanding communicator, you will be at ease inspiring and influencing both across internal teams and our amazing supporter base. This is a busy and varied role from budget management to planning and prioritising as you lead and motivate your team. You will be joining a friendly and passionate Legacy and In Memory Giving team at a really exciting time for gifts in Wills at Christian Aid.

Pay: £42,707.00-£46,319.00 per year
