**Staffing and Recruitment Manager** **Location**: London **Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Our client is London’s leading luxury caterer and specialists in remarkable events, weddings and private parties. The company are seeking a Staffing and Recruitment Manager to join the first-class team based in their London HQ. In this role, reporting into the Head of Operations and with one direct report, you’ll lead the rapidly growing Staffing department to ensurethey are attracting, recruiting, training and developing an elite core team of front of house staff. This role will facilitate the strengthening of their delivery at events, helping them to continue to stand out from competitors and provide a sustainable andefficient staffing function to support their industry-leading events team. **The Role** The organisation love to "Revel in the exceptional" - being excellent at what they do and having fun whilst doing so.
